Start with the pricing model
Hellotext compares the plan minimum, performance fee, SMS costs, and the variable non-SMS messaging amount. Only the highest of those four becomes the Hellotext amount for the period.

Understand attributed revenue
The performance fee uses revenue attributed to Hellotext, not all store revenue.

Messaging has three distinct concepts:
